This process uses a high-tech automatic extruder to assemble the heated billets to the pre-heated die and manufacture high quality aluminum products using automated extrusion feeding equipment. In order to extend the life span of extruded products and to create high quality, this process includes various surface treatments to create a smooth surface feeling, subtle tones, and a natural feeling using high-tech filming equipment. This involves making high-precision, high-pressure molds using CAD/CAM system with our experienced molding technology and design capability.
